Can any of you kind souls identify this vise?  Picked it up at an estate
sale for $12.  No maker ID is printed on it.

I've googled around and can't find any info.

7 inches wide, 3.5 inches deep, and it opens to 9.5 inches.

There is a tag on the front with "84-3162" stamped on it.
