I=E2=80=99ve had a rather expensive month,
http://www.oldtoolphotos.com/toolphoto.asp?photo=354

and as I=E2=80=99m trying to tuck stuff away, I came across a rather
wonderful plane blade. It=E2=80=99s a labelled Peugot et cie blade, maby
13=E2=80=9D long, and 4 3/4=E2=80=9D wide. Yep you read that right.

wrapped in cardboard, it has an absolutely marvellous mirror finish on
the back. current state of conjecture is that it is for a coopers beam
jointer...Any one seen anything like it?

I=E2=80=99ll try to get some pix when the battery man comes around to
feed the digital camera..... Found some great winding sticks too! with
some old piano key ivory set in the edge for contrast, stamped with the
makers mark, and guess what, the same haul yielded the owners stamp!

I dunno if the photo includes the 67 scratch beader or not., but there
was a whack of spoon bits etc. My buddies thought they were ho hum, but
me, I thought they were collectable and having known the source, there
was at least one user set in the batch. Feel free to curtail your
judgment on the peugot blade til I get a photo posted. , or fell free to
comment now!

Personally, as my late mother used to say, I=E2=80=99m in seventh
heaven. Now all I gotta do is find a beam suitable to house the puppy!
Methinks were talking an 8=E2=80=9D by whatever, and I don=E2=80=99t
thing the borg is gonna be the place to go.

Regards, Eric
