Seeking a "reason" to buy another tool is not always necessary, however,
most of us would agree that, when it comes to dealing with SWMBO, it is
handy if you do have a "reason, justification, etc." for buying that 'n'th
(insert number) crosscut saw, smooth plane, or whatever the item may be
that you already have a dozen of.  I know that in my case, SWMBO generally
does not care that I bought another tool, however, she does get curious at
times as to why I will buy another router plane, miter box and or miter box
saw as there have been quite a few that have come and gone recently.
