Oh Oh, I know that one.  Back in 2009, drove past when the school was not
in session.  Took a few pics (available below), but didn't know there was a
tool store upstairs, seems it was a toy store at the time.  Nothing seemed
open at the time I was there though.

I wasn't able to find any old tools on that trip, try tho I might.
