That is an interesting design.  I guess the meat stays put and turns
properly because of the multiple rods?  Do you need the sheet metal on the
side to reflect heat?  How often do you turn the meat?

A buddy of mine who is a welder made this one up for our Scout troop

Every year we do a Mother's Day camp and dinner for all the families.  We
have cooked pork roasts and 1/4 of venison on those 
racks as well.   Usually feed at least 60 people total (lots of Dutch 
oven magic as well including pies).
