Oh wise Galooots: I am toying with the idea of making a heavy spit for outdoor rotary cooking of large cuts of meat, of say, up to 50 lbs, but also of smaller stuff like chickens. Does anyone have any experience? Does anyone have any design suggestions? Right now, I am at the bare basic beginning of this concept.
