While some die-hard fine art photographers are quite busy in the darkroom
working with silver-based papers, Ilford Multigrade would not on their
preferred materials list. Characterized by a low silver content and
displaying muddy contrast, it was marketed as a "one-paper-fits-all"
solution which of course resulted in a universally-used paper for average
quality give/throw-away work. Shelf life would be about 5 years under normal
conditions, 10-15 under cool and low humidity environments and 20+ in a deep
freeze.

I've used 50 year old Kodak Ektalure for some very appealing images; the
background fogging was just enough to add some atmosphere to the photo.
Background fogging can occur with any silver-based photo paper, depending on
how much background radiation is encountered in the storage area. Also,
storing sensitive papers (photographic or otherwise) of any kind near a
furnace is not acceptable, due to the air pollution encountered there from.

You might be able to give it away to a visual artist, I don't think it has
any value for sale.
