SIGNAL Cabinetmaker's Screwdriver


Picked up a nice 10" screwdriver today for $1 at a garage sale. It's 
blade is marked "SIGNAL SHEFF ENG". I searched the archive and found no 
information.
Google is equally unhelpful. Does anyone know about this maker?
