I forgot to ask you an obvious question: is this torch Railroad marked?

In the old days=2C before electric lanterns=2C the railroads used a
variety of torches that were stuffed with string. I have a conical tin-
plated steel torch marked with the PRR keystone. I cannot imagine trying
to accomplish useful work by its light=2C which must be dim and
flickering.
