Dwight, My input is that Gerstner definitely made similar knobs, but the
only chest I have with those knobs AND the round lock body is a Union
chest. Union chest labels are roughly rectangular in shape and the
Gerstner label from the early era is an oval, so that may help to
identify yours if you can see residue from an old label.

In any case its a nice chest and some of the tools are very eye
catching.
