Dwight,

It looks a copy of the old Gerstner No. 31 chest (supposedly the first 
Gerstner chest made without a leatherette covering) - at least looking 
at the layout of the drawers.

The knobs don't match the Gerstner No. 31 I have, and the back of the 
lock cover is square on mine instead of round like yours.    I only have 
one of these, so I don't know how many of the Gerstners might have been 
made with different locks and knobs over the years.  What does Wes have 
to say?

Mine is 16" W x 11-3/4" H x 8-1/4" D.
