There are numerous references to Vaughn & Bushnell, Chicago, Illinois on the
net. Just Google it. Yes, they did make nipers and MJD had their 1927, 62
page catalog offered for $14.50.

An elderly woman asked me to clean out her late husbands workbench. I am not
done sifting through everything . . . but I did find a pair of nippers in
good condition. They are 6 7/8th in length, with a nail puller on one handle
and a pry bar on the other. The stamp is not fully stamped but it appears to
be Wilton Tool Co., Chicago, Illinois.
