Ah ha!  That makes MUCH more sense than my theory.  The period seems
more appropriate and
everything.  I just couldn't figure out why an 'I WILL' goddess would
be invented for a
saw.  I thought I saw a piece of a headress on her last night - but I
wasn't sure...

So...I have a very beat up saw likely manufactured to commemorate the
1933 Chicago World's
Fair.  Cool.  Funny how in ended up in a pile of saws at a yard sale
in Bucks Co, PA...
