Collector: When the tool is more important in the mind of the craftsman
than the project at hand. User: When the project and it's completion are
all that really matters. I figure the odds at about 95/5% around here,
maybe higher. How about you?

Well, when I'm working on a project, it's the completion that matters
most and I'll use whatever's available, in reach and sharpest (in that
order) to finish what I'm doing.

On the other hand, when I'm rust hunting (or browsing the *Bay) The
Tool, its gizmosity, heft and beauty and how many I have already are all
that matters. The same goes for when I'm sharpening or cleaning up
recent aquisitions, or rearranging my toolchest for the upteenth time.

PS. I vote we barrage the museum with requests for posted pix if
