Hi GG's.
My name is Stu and I'm pushing 58 these days. I live in
Denver, Colorado, where I own and operate a Mercedes
repair shop. I've been a Benz mechanic for almost 30 years
now. A few years ago I started down the slippery slope and
bought a few planes..an IT saw..a Norris YBIP..a collection of
Buck chisels..another collection of Buck chisels..well you get
the idea..

I built a shop a few years ago and have been turning out a
few pieces every now and then. If it interests you they can
be seen at:

I've been an on/off participant in this list since 96 and do enjoy
the time I spend here.

My father was a picture framer and one of my
uncles was a ships carpenter who started sailing out of New York City
in 1912 on wooden vessels. I remembered their tools and how they
worked and how they felt. I have most of my fathers tools, but my
uncles stuff disappeared rather rapidly. I never even peeked into
the two huge tool chests he had owned.

Nice to re-introduce meself..

Stu
