37187 John White <avlonfrg@m...> Feb-09-1998 Introduction...and frustration
Hello list - My name is John White, I am retired and live in Baltimore,
MD. Have been an EAIA member for about 20 years. My interest is tools of
the 18th century, specifically axes and shovels. Have been lurking on
the list for about a month, hoping for some mention of axes, but alas,
nothing. Went to the archive and looked for AX, got a list of 324 posts,
but could not retrieve any of the ones I wanted to look at, presumably
because they were so old. So are there any ax affecionados out there who
would like to talk to me? I do dabble in later period axes as well. John
White, Avalon Forge, Baltimore (Avalon Forge offers replica artifacts to
historic sites and 18th century reenactors)
